About the role
Responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate records of vehicles undergoing Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), ensuring that vehicles are properly received, tracked, inspected, and prepared for transfer to the showroom or next stage. The position includes coordinating vehicle movements, monitoring PDI status, maintaining records and checklists, following up on pending inspections or issues, and ensuring vehicles are ready within the required timeframe.
Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred, with 1–2 years of experience in stock control, warehouse operations, vehicle logistics, or an automotive dealership. The candidate should have good organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail, basic computer and Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on multiple vehicles simultaneously. Previous experience with PDI operations or automotive stock management is an advantage.
